MARKET VIEW:- Historically June proved to be a month of opportunity after the month of May which is popular for sell and run away. Two important trigger in June, Greece election on 17th and RBI policy on 18th. Well the market has already factored the worst for both events. Majority believe thanks to the Blue channels that Greece exit from Euro zone is certain. Market also dead sure that given the inflation situation RBI will not decrease CRR or interest rate.
Now
let’s come back to basics.Greece
will not leave Euro till the world ends for them. Early election trend is
indicating win for pro reform party. Even if the other party win it is
certainly cannot afford exit from Euro.Given
the current state of affairs in economy as reflected by the GDP and IIP data
RBI has no option but to cut rate of interest aggressively. If Monsoon is
normal we see a big push to economy. Now after a long sleep the Government has
come back to its business currently at slow speed. But sooner than later it has
to change gear.
My
dear so is the level of pessimism now a days that everybody forget the single most
important factor which will airlift the Indian economy, crude which is fallen
to $83 level. All these factors will lead to high degree of volatility and some
of the biggest opportunity just like our last call AMTEK INDIA bought @94.00 and sold @106 with in 3/4 days.Just calculate percentage return Such opportunity will come again and again in this type of
market where mindset is fixed to Doom Despair & negativism.Finally always remember a
words when there is Gloom, Doom and Gloom everywhere market usually take a U
turn.
