MARKET VIEW:-
MARKET RALLY ON RATE CUT HOPE AMIDST EU UNCERTAINITY :-
As predicted market is building on the bad news, this is the beauty of the market. Yesterday’s disastrous IIP data failed to dampen the sentiment. Simply market moves on the future event not on the past. Now with down grade fear and slowing economy though the Government on the denial mode on public platform, it is all out to mend its action. This will be the game changer for the time ahead.
Now just re-cap some of the things which will direct the market now on:
*India’s rating threat by S&P forced Government to act.
*Negative IIP data brushed aside by the market.
*Now market is certain of the rate cut.
*Inflation data on 14th.
*India’s advance tax numbers on 15th.
*GREECE election on 16th and results on 17th.
*RBI policy on 18th, market expects CRR and rate cut.
*Commodity prices are softening.
*Logistic services are showing revival.
*Salary hikes are given after a long time.
*Stimulus packages are here to stay.
*Interest rates are maintained at low for extended period of time.
*Risk appetite worldwide is moving towards equity
*Stock market is forgetting bad news in quick time
All this suggest that Bears will spend some more time in exile. As said at the beginning of the year 2012 will be the year of Bulls. But there is no shortcut to success in the share market.The best strategy is to Focus on midcap and small caps forgetting about the nifty which should be left alone to cross the hurdle of 5180 convincingly with volume and positive breadth.
